Ideally use the Intel Advanced Tuning v/f curve to dial in an undervolt but this is very inconsistent. You can mine and have the software open and check voltage and clock as you aim too get a 1.0v at 2850mhz or less(most cards can run stable at .960v)
The v/f curve is similar to MSI Afterburners - Aim to flatten the curve from 970mv @ 2900mhz. This will not be the effective v/f and why checking the actually clock speed and voltage via monitoring is important - You may find that it's actually running 2900mhz @ 1.005v, mine is at 2950mhz @ 1.005v but must be reapplied each restart - 2950mhz 990v can be done for my card
Overall a smoother cuver from low v/f target to the target around 970-990mv will result in the best hash rate as clock run higher.
Try these specific 3 v/f points and work from here:
945mv - 2640mhz
995mv - 2950mhz
1045mv - 2980mhz # This is the MSI afterburner equivalent of "flattening the curve" technique. The card wont aim for the 1045mv target as its outside the stock voltage limits of 1.03v(or 2850mhz @ 1.025v) max thus you should get something like 2933mhz @ .985v.

**Power Limit**
Anything above 70% will let the GPU peak for no gain.
PL% should be reduced to cause GPU to not hit the max clock speed under load. Any PL% between 47%-50% should not allow the TGP above 120w and keep average below 100w. Core power will remain sub 50w if v/f curve is done to aim for 1.0v max. A good v/f curve can let you run 46% PL and get no loss at all but increase efficiency
Overall you will run cooler, less voltage, less power and no loss of hash rate at all. Should result in around 280-290kH/W - Stock will achieve 220kH/W.
