How to uninstall Kryptex?

Kryptex is removed just like any other program!
- Open the “Control Panel” for Windows 7 or “Apps and features” for Windows 8-11 (to do this, you can right-click on the "Start" button and select the desired menu item).
- For Windows 7 — In the window that opens, there is a search field at the top right. Enter "Uninstall a program" there.
- For Windows 7 — Select "Uninstall a program" in the found list, find Kryptex in the list that opens, and click the "Delete" button at the top.
- For Windows 8-11 — After the “Apps & features” menu opens, enter
Kryptexin the search field for a quick search, and click the “Uninstall” button.
Ready! Kryptex will be deleted and will no longer work on your PC.
If you can't remove the Kryptex app in a usual way.
Sometimes, you can't uninstall the app due to antivirus blocking or the lack of access rights to system files. It rarely happens and indicates that your account does not have Administrator rights.
To uninstall the app completely you also need to delete these two folders:
C:\Program Files\KryptexC:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Kryptex—<username>replace with your Windows user name.
By default, the
AppDatafolder is hidden by the system.
To open it, press the button combinationWin+Rkeys, then type the command%appdata%and pressEnterorOK.
You have deleted folders, but Kryptex still works!
