Wattage dropped frome 170w to 84w. The CoreClock was tunned making a curve. Pressing Shift, select all the chart from left to right, then click on any square and pressing shift+enter change the value to 1100. Then save the OC. Fan speed is set to auto, you can set it 60-70% if needed.
