Wrong login or password

Some data is entered incorrectly in such cases, but it cannot be easy to notice.

Here are some hints:

1. Go to your profile page and copy the email address from there.
2. Try typing your password into the notepad window to see if it does type the way you want it to. There's a NumPad on the right on some keyboards. With the NumPad feature turned on, some letters turn into numbers, and you can type your password correctly, but the keyboard will substitute numbers for some letters.
3. If the password is correct in the notepad, copy and paste it (Ctrl+V) into the password field in the program.
4. If it still says "wrong password" after all this, try resetting the password.
