“Link is invalid” when trying to confirm payout

Most likely, you are confirming the payout on another device where you are logged into a different Kryptex account.
Check the email on the profile page on both devices and try to confirm the payout on the same computer and in the same browser where it was requested.
If that doesn't help, try the following step-by-step instructions:
- Go to “Profile” and check the email of your account there.
- Request the payout and open the email on the same computer where you requested the payout.
- Right-click the link in the email and select “Open in incognito tab.”
- A login window will open. Enter the email from step 1 and the password.
- After this, the normal payout confirmation will open.
