Need to adjust fan curves to be a little more aggressive than stock. My temps are generally around 72 on the GPU hot spot, 59 as the GPU temp overall. This is with the fan set to 53% at the 72 degree point and with zero fan speed at low temps disabled. AMD drivers are not stable when overclocking, so back off a bit on the maximums for just about anything and that tends to help. For example instead of 2600 on the memory, try 2550 instead. Voltage is set at - 60, so 1090, rather than the 1150 stock value. The driver version used is the 24.1.1 set of drivers. Power overall is around 234 W.
