For ASUS ROG-STRIX-RTX2070-08G-GAMING results of undervolt:
Hashrate about 42.08 MH/s, Power 91-93 Watt, GPU: PowerFrequency of Core 1410 MHz, Tempetature of Core about 45 Grad Celcius on Auto Fan Speed (about 38-40% at room temperature 18-19 grad Celsius), Voltage about 718 mV, Memory Clock 7700 MHz ( +900 MHz). Core Voltage, PowerLimit, Temp. Limit and Fan Speed masters not used.
How to do:
1. Go to Settings->General: use Unlock Voltage Control Standart MSI, Ok.
2. Go to Settings->User Interface: use skinning properties MSI Cyborg Afterburning skin..., Ok.
3. Press reset on main window MSI Afterburner, push icon Voltage/frequency curve editor.
4. Use tab Voltage, push and hold button Shift, push and hold left mouse button (LMB) on curve and now pull down to value frequency=500 or 530 MHz at minimum Voltage (700 mV), press Ok in main window MSI Afterburner. View of curve: curve start with the value of Frequency about 500-530 MHZ and go up to maximal value about 1300-1330.
5. Push and hold LMB on dot of minimal Frequency at Voltage (700 mV) and now pull up this dot to value about 1390-1410 MHz (Use button up/down to precision settng of Frequency). Press Ok in main window MSI Afterburner. View of curve: horizontal straight line (Value of Frequence constant at all values of Voltage).
6. Press and hold LMB on Memory Clock and pull to value +900 MHz (If you have effective cooling of chips of Memory, then you can set a higher value, but check % Reject of mining. If you have room temperature about 25 grad Celcius, pull up value of Freguency to +800 or less, chreck % Reject.
7. Save new profile in main window MSI Afterburner.
