How is the withdrawal fee in Bitcoin and Ethereum determined?
The withdrawal fee in Bitcoin and Ethereum is determined automatically and depends on the current mempool size and network load.
The lower the fee set, the longer the network will take to confirm the payout. We adjust it so that the funds reach your wallet within an hour, and you don't have to wait days for confirmation.
Kryptex does not profit from the withdrawal fee. The network fee pays for the work of miners who created the block with your transaction — miners just like us😉 All cryptocurrency users pay it when transferring funds from wallet to wallet.
