How Long Does Kryptex Keep Coins?
Kryptex is not a wallet or an exchange, and it is not suitable for storing funds long-term, as your personal wallet.
Kryptex stores your balance of an inactive account for 1 year. After this period, your account data will be deleted, the balance will be reset, and the coins will be lost.
An inactive account is one where no mining activity has occurred and no one has logged in for over a year.
If you continue to mine on Kryptex, your account remains active, and your balance will be safe.
Stopped Mining? Withdraw Your Bitcoins!
Kryptex is always on the miners' side, and our payout limits are very low.
You can withdraw starting from 1 USDT or 1$ on Volet.
If you've stopped mining, withdraw your coins to avoid losing them:
- Open the "Request payment" page.
- Choose the desired payout method.
- Fill in the payout data.
- Apply for the payment, and confirm the payout using the link from the email.
If you are not mining and do not wish to withdraw bitcoins from Kryptex, please log into your account at least once every 6 months or launch the application on your PC. Simply logging in or mining for at least 30 minutes (preferably an hour) will reactivate your account.
