Your email has been hacked
It's impossible to withdraw money without email confirmation
⚠Urgently follow the three steps below!⚠
1. Change your passwords immediately
- Change Kryptex password in profile settings;
- Change your password on the mail. Do not use the same password as in Kryptex!
2. Cancel your payout.
- Go to payout history;
- Click on the payout ID and cancel it.
If a hacker has confirmed a payout in your mailbox, you won't be able to cancel it.
3. Protect your account
- Don't use the same password for Kryptex and your mail! Even if someone breaks into Kryptex, they won't be able to confirm your payout without access to your mailbox.
- Use complex passwords: no less than eight letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Enable two-factor authentication on the mail.
- Enable two-factor authentication on Kryptex.
- Don't enter your passwords yourself — save them in your browser.
- Check if your passwords have been leaked at haveibeenpwned.com.
