When I can get the card between 60.4-61.6 C, core clock and power % magically stabilize and HR spikes. I carefully monitor temp, and hold the gpu fan at constant speed, depends on day, could be 72% or 88%. 84% is a typical good starting point to try. Voltage will hold constant at 1000mV, and gpu clock will sit at 2012 or 2025 MHz depends on day. Don't leave this on constantly, I use it when prices are up, if temp or clocks are off and power % starts bouncing above and forced below the power limit clock rates will go to about 23.4
