Remove the transparent side from PC to improve VENTILATION temperature will drop 10°C. Use GPU-Z software to see the temperatures cause the heat from the memory ram it is not displayed on MSI Afterburner and that is the main issue without proper ventilation. I didn't have to change the thermal pads as removing the see-through panel the ventilation and cooling was so much better. MH/s stable, hourly eficiency up to 120% in average at 332W. You're welcome
